Food Pantries
SAINt Charles Borromeo Holy Family Service Center
Provides groceries, toiletries, and an array of clothing items to families and individuals in need. Clients must provide identification for themselves and their children and proof of address within the service area of Laurel Canyon on the west, Oxnard Boulevard on the north, Hollywood Way on the east, and Mulholland Drive on the south.

The center is seeking volunteers, as well as clothing and food donations. Most needed donations are listed below. Call (818) 766-3838 to get involved.
-Men’s jeans and work pants, all sizes,
-Canned meat
-Jars of peanut butter
-Tab top cans of food that can be a meal for a homeless guest.
Next level of priority for donations:
-T-shirts (short or long-sleeves)
-new white socks
-sturdy walking shoes in good condition
(especially sneakers)
-shampoo, soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes.
North Hollywood Interfaith Food Pantry
Anyone in need qualifies (No ID or proof of address is necessary). This is a drive-through food pantry that offers packaged and canned food, bread and cake, and sometimes fresh produce. No cooked food is provided. Each bag provides enough food for several days.

Medical
Valley Community Healthcare
Valley Community Healthcare offers appointments priced at a sliding scale depending on your income, and accepts MEDICAL, MEDICARE, Covered CA, and My Health LA. Services offered include: General medicine, Women's Health, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Dental, Optometry, SMART HEALTH LA (HIV, STI, Transgender & PrEP), Valley Teen Clinic Primary Care, Teen Sensitive Services Appointments, PMQ Pharmacy, Laboratory. A medical care team member is available by phone 24/7, including on holidays.

Homelessness Services
NOHO Home Alliance
NoHo Home Alliance has developed a highly-effective community-based response to homelessness in the area: a pop-up drop-in access center for persons experiencing homelessness. They provide showers, clothing, toiletries, two hot meals, electronics charging, movies, bag lunch, medical care through Northeast Valley Medical Center, housing referrals through LA Family Housing, document support, mail services, case management and more. All served up with dignity.

HOPE of the Valley- Navigation CENTER North Hollywood
Hope of the Valley’s mission is to prevent, reduce and eliminate poverty, hunger and homelessness. They do this by offering immediate assistance and long-term solutions.
HOTV’s Navigation Center offers 60-gallon containers of storage to people experiencing homelessness. Clients must complete intake during the week (Monday-Friday) to access storage on Saturdays.
The center also offers case management services, including intake into the CES, referrals to clothing, food banks, and obtaining ID cards.

Through outreach and engagement, LAFH connects participants with housing placement combined with supportive services to help people transition out of homelessness and retain long-term housing stability.
